4.2 Sample Delivery

  • Samples will be delivered via secure download links with appropriate authentication within 1 - 2 days from our acknowledgement.
  • Links are valid for limited periods and are for your use only.
  • Distribution methods may vary based on your subscription tier.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Fee Structure

  • Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated periodically.
  • Student free tier requires valid educational verification.
  • Research tier pricing is based on per-sample access.
  • Enterprise tier requires custom quotation.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments are due prior to sample delivery.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure anytime with no prior notice. We won't change the plan for you if we change the pricing between request and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • M4lware.org maintains no ownership claim over the malware or application samples.
  • Our platform, website, infrastructure, and organizational systems remain our exclusive property.

6.2 Research Publication

  • You may publish research findings based on our samples.
  • We request attribution to M4lware.org when our samples contribute significantly to published research.
  • Publication should not include complete samples or methods to recreate malicious functionality.
